WELCOME TO THE BANK’S LIBRARY

Our state-of-the-art library offers a huge range of print and online resources. It is open to BoG Management and Staff, Researchers with written permission from the Secretaryโ€™s Department and students on fieldwork with written permission from the Secretaryโ€™s Department.

THE BANK’S LIBRARY EXHIBITION HALL

The Exhibition Hall is located at the end of the library and holds the Bankโ€™s memorabilia such as, old Photos, Currency and other artefacts of the Bank.

The Library offers many services to its members of staff and visitors with written permission. These services are offered to staff as efficiently as possible.

BOOKS

The Libraryโ€™s books are displayed on the shelves using the London Business School Classification scheme and grouped by subject area for easy identification and retrieval.

SERIALS

These include, Journals and newspapers, magazines and yearbooks among others which are displayed on periodical racks in the reading area with comfortable furniture for easy reading.

ACCESS THE ONLINE LIBRARY CATALOGUE (OPAC)

Online Public Access catalog (OPAC) is an online database of materials held by a library or group of libraries. Users can search in the library catalog principally to locate books and other material available at a library. In simple language it is an electronic version of the card catalog. OPAC is the gateway to libraryโ€™s collection.
